Central Okanagan Primary Care Network

Last updated

Central Okanagan Primary Care Network connects communities with family doctors, nurse practitioners and health services for accessible, community-based care.

We respectfully acknowledge that our workplace is within the ancestral, traditional, and unceded territory of the Syilx (Okanagan) Nation. We respectfully acknowledge the Métis Nation, and their contributions to Indigenous ways of being and knowing in Canada.

Overview

The Central Okanagan PCN is a group of family physicians, nurse practitioners, clinicians and program administrators working together with the goal of improving patient access and health-related experiences within Central Okanagan communities. This includes people living in and around the following communities:

  • Kelowna
  • Lake Country

Find a family doctor or nurse practitioner

If you need a primary care provider, register on the Health Connect Registry to get matched with a family doctor or nurse practitioner in your community.

The registry is available to all patients in or relocating to the Central Okanagan who do not currently have a family physician or nurse practitioner.

The Central Okanagan Primary Care Network is recruiting family doctors and nurse practitioners to the region. Wait times vary based on each family doctor and nurse practitioner’s capacity.

Keeping your registration information up to date will help us match you and the people you care for to a primary care provider. You can update your registration anytime online or by calling HealthLink BC at 8-1-1 to update your registration information.

Additional resources

If you are already registered on the Health Connect Registry and waiting to be attached, these additional resources, services and supports are available in your community while you wait to be attached.
