A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.
The Central Okanagan PCN is a group of family physicians, nurse practitioners, clinicians and program administrators working together with the goal of improving patient access and health-related experiences within Central Okanagan communities. The registry is available to all patients in or relocating to the Central Okanagan who do not currently have a family physician or nurse practitioner.
The Central Okanagan Primary Care Network is recruiting family doctors and nurse practitioners to the region. Wait times vary based on each family doctor and nurse practitioner’s capacity.
Keeping your registration information up to date will help us match you and the people you care for to a primary care provider. You can update your registration anytime online or by calling HealthLink BC at 8-1-1 to update your registration information.
