A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.
The Victoria Primary Care Network brings together family physicians, nurse practitioners, clinicians, patients, program administrators, Island Health and community agencies to help meet the primary healthcare needs of people living in Victoria.

Access to a family doctor or nurse practitioner in Victoria is limited by the number of providers with capacity to accept new patients.
