Lighten up with healthier holiday foods

The holidays are often a time to gather and celebrate with family and friends. Food can be a big part of the holiday season, providing enjoyment, comfort and connection. Preparing, sharing, and savouring traditional dishes and meals support our social, mental, and spiritual well-being.
