Overview

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.

The North Shore Primary Care Network team is working with local clinics to help connect people to a primary care provider, either a family doctor or nurse practitioner. This includes people living in the following communities:

  • Bowen Island
  • City of North Vancouver
  • District of North Vancouver
  • Lions Bay
  • West Vancouver
  • Squamish Nation
  • Tsleil-Waututh Nation

Visit the North Shore Primary Care Website to learn how we are strengthening primary care by bringing together the North Shore community, its family doctors, and Vancouver Coastal Health to collectively drive health and wellbeing.

Measles is a very serious and contagious disease. Getting vaccinated is the most effective way to prevent measles. Ensure you and your child's routine immunizations are up to date.
