Langley Primary Care Network

Last updated

We recognize and respect that our work is conducted on the traditional territory of seven Indigenous communities including, the sacred, ancestral territories of the Coast Salish people, specifically the qʼʷa:n̓ƛʼən̓ (Kwantlen), q̓ic̓əy̓ (Katzie) and Máthekwi (Matsqui) First Nations. We appreciate that these territories are now home to many diverse First Nations, Métis and Inuit peoples.

Overview

A Primary Care Network (PCN) is a community-based network of health care professionals and clinics who plan and deliver the health care needs of a community.

The Langley Primary Care Network brings together primary care providers, clinicians, community programs and the Fraser Health Authority to build access and whole wrap around healthcare for our community members living in both Langley City and the Township of Langley. This includes people living in the following communities:

  • Aldergrove and Otter
  • Brookswood
  • Fort Langley
  • Langley City
  • Murrayville

Find a family doctor or nurse practitioner

How you sign up for a Family Physician or Nurse Practitioner in Langley has changed. We have moved to a new system called the Health Connect Registry.

If you live in either of the Langley's and do not have an family doctor or nurse practitioner please register yourself and any applicable family members on the Health Connect Registry. You will be contacted as soon as a spot is available with a primary care provider. Wait times will vary based on each doctor and nurse practitioner's capacity.
