Youth Outreach

Provides one-on-one support services to at-risk youth in the community with a youth support worker who acts as a mentor and role model. The support worker provides guidance, help with skill building, and with setting short and long-term goals.

Goals may include safe and stable housing, exploring educational and or job opportunities, participating in social and recreational activities, and managing day-to-day responsibilities.

Application process
Referral from probation officers or the Ministry of Children and Family Development is required.
