FolkStone - Residential Care

Provides supported living housing for adults who cannot live on their own because of complex challenges and health conditions, or who can live independently and make decisions on their own but need a supported living environment.

Services are tailored to individual client needs and may include personal care, medical care, and help accessing community programs. Residential service coordinators help clients with setting goals and provide quarterly or monthly reports to their funders. Homes are located throughout Greater Vancouver and Fraser Valley.

Program fee
Fee for service. Clients referred through the Health Authority pay a monthly charge based on after-tax income.
