Provides a community-based program to assist and support families with children who have a developmental delay or disability to fully participate in inclusive child care programs. The program helps families find child care suited to the needs of the child, and provides daycare staff with strategies to promote the family goals. Coordinators also work with other community professionals to bring together the support needed for the child to attend the child care setting that parents have chosen.
