Bellies and Babies

Family Resource Program
Provides individual and peer support to improve the nutrition of pregnant women and postnatal mothers, and provides resources and support to new parents. Resources cover issues such as healthy lifestyle choices, post-partum depression, breastfeeding, baby development and parenting.

The program includes two weekly hot lunch groups, cooking and nutritional information for a healthy pregnancy, support for breastfeeding and baby's first foods, clothing swaps, resource sharing, and one to one support.
