Provides training and support to children with special needs and adults with developmental disabilities. The program focus is to teach independence in daily living, and work together to develop short-term goals.

Training is provided in areas such as home and money management, social skills, nutrition and cooking, transportation training, personal care and health, recreation skills, and how to access community resources.
