Provides adults with developmental disabilities the opportunity to live in a shared home with a family, couple or single adult in their community, who provides ongoing, individualized support.

Caregivers help clients with the level of support needed. Support may include help with life skills, health issues, personal care, community inclusion, and with maintaining and strengthening relationships with families and friends.
