Acute Rehabilitation

Provides assessment, treatment planning, specialized therapy, and family support for children and youth who have had an injury, illness or surgery that has left them with a loss or limitation of function such as difficulty feeding, eating, walking or speaking.

The program includes child-specific training and education, referrals to community resources and supports, post-operative care, and help with transitioning back into the community and or school.
