Youth are helped to move towards a healthy adulthood through setting goals, finding resources, and better health and wellbeing.

Children and youth aged 12 - 18 with diagnosed or undiagnosed complex health issues and developmental and or social challenges.
Application process
Pediatrician or psychiatrist referral required; referral also accepted from the Mindful Awareness and Resilience Skills for Adolescents (MARS-A) program.
