Provides assessment, clinical services, education and training to youth with complex health issues that are affecting their relationship with peers, school and or family life. Youth are helped to move towards a healthy adulthood through setting goals, finding resources, and better health and wellbeing.

Eligibility
Children and youth aged 12 - 18 with diagnosed or undiagnosed complex health issues and developmental and or social challenges.
Application process
Pediatrician or psychiatrist referral required; referral also accepted from the Mindful Awareness and Resilience Skills for Adolescents (MARS-A) program.
