A second case of measles infection has been confirmed in the Lower Mainland, in a resident of the Vancouver Coastal Health region who travelled to Southeast Asia in the same party as the first case, a resident in the Fraser Health region. Public Health officials from both health authorities are following up directly with individuals who are known to have been exposed to the virus.
