The resource is made available through a partnership between Fraser Health Authority and the BC Mental Health & Substance Use Services of the Provincial Health Services Authority. online resources are designed to help youth to be aware of the thoughts, feelings, behaviours, and physical symptoms that may indicate possible emerging mental health challenges. The online resources enable youth and young adults to identify mental health challenges early on, and develop the skills and strategies they need to manage these problems before they become more serious. Topics include: depression, anxiety, stress, alcohol, substance use, psychosis, and body image and eating.
