Mental health and substance use issues can affect anyone regardless of their age, gender, or ethnicity. This could be your neighbour, your co-worker, your dearest friend, your parent, your child, or yourself.

Symptoms related to mental health or substance use issues can range from mild to severe. Likewise, the impact to your life, and the lives of those around you, can also range from mild to severe.

It is important to know that no matter how you are feeling, you are not alone. There is help out there.
