Cognitive-behavioural therapy

Cognitive-behavioural therapy is a type of counselling that focuses on changing certain thoughts and behaviour patterns to control the symptoms of a condition. It's used to treat a variety of problems, such as stress, depression, anxiety and panic disorders, eating disorders, and ongoing (chronic) pain.
