Provides free counselling, education and referral to children and youth who are experiencing substance use difficulties or are affected by someone else's substance use.

Support includes help with mental health issues such as anxiety and depression, improving relationships with family and friends, reducing involvement with the criminal justice system, and with making changes to their substance use.
