Provides a range of health services to help Westshore residents meet their everyday health care needs in order to stay healthy, prevent illness, and manage ongoing illness or disease.

Attachment to the clinic will be offered to those who live within the catchment area. Patients will be attached to the most appropriate health-care provider based on their health needs.

Individuals and families living in the Westshore area who do not have a family doctor and have trouble accessing health care services in their community.
Application process
Patients must be registered and attached to the clinic before receiving services; no walk-in services offered. Call before faxing confidential patient information.
