Services include hormone initiation and stabilization, post-operative nursing care, assistance with identity document changes, counselling, and pre-operative information, surgical planning and referrals.

Clients aged 15 and over living in the Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH) region. Youth aged 15 - 18, refugee claimants and individuals with post-operative complications who live outside the VCH region are considered on a case-by-case basis.
