Stopping the Violence Counselling

Provides free and confidential counselling, advocacy and support to women who have experienced current or past relationship abuse, sexual assault, or physical, emotional or sexual abuse at any age.

One-to-one counselling is offered and includes safety planning. Group support is offered in a safe environment and covers topics such as self-esteem, coping with depression and anxiety, setting boundaries, and safety planning.
