Provides specialized services and programs to help newly arrived immigrants, long-term residents, government-assisted refugees and refugee claimants meet their initial adaptation and settlement needs in Canada.

Services include orientation, settlement education information, referral services and links to community resources. Confidential, multilingual counselling for short-term crisis and mental health issues, parenting, and family issues is also available.
