Provides a variety of public health nursing services for children and youth with disabilities in the pre-school and school settings in participation with parents, schools, the Ministry of Children and Family Development, doctors, and other health professionals.

Services include health assessment and consultation, development of child-specific health procedures, advocacy, education and training for school staff, and help with getting necessary equipment.
