Offers residential treatment and support in a structured, substance-free environment for people with serious substance use issues who have tried non-residential services without success and have little or no social supports.

Treatment is provided in a short or long-term live-in setting and includes group support, individual counselling, peer support, social and life-building activities, meals, and recreation.
