Rapid Access Clinic

Provides quick access to a one-time mental health assessment for adults experiencing mild to moderate mental health illness. Services include treatment planning, and medication changes as needed. After the appointment, a diagnosis and treatment plan will be sent to the referring doctor who will then continue with the treatment.

Eligibility
Adults aged 19 and over with no previous appointment at the Rapid Access Clinic or other psychiatrist in the past 6 months. Clients must live within the community of the Mental Health Centre.
Application process
Appointment and physician or nurse practitioner referral required.
