Rapid Access Addiction Clinic

Provides support to individuals with opioid use disorder or with problematic alcohol use who are interested and ready for treatment.

The clinic provides initial stabilization, starts clients on medication such as opioid agonist treatment and anti-craving medication, and then connects them to care providers in the community for ongoing treatment, monitoring and support. Take home naloxone kits are also available.

Self-referral accepted; referrals from community providers, doctors, Island Health substance use intake, and hospitals also accepted. Clients are offered booked appointments; limited walk-in appointments are also available.
