Individuals that bring care concerns to the PCQO can expect that their concern will be formally registered and that the office will work to with them to identify a reasonable resolution to their concerns.

Compliments or care concerns can be addressed to the person who provided the service, or to the manager of the service area. If a concern remains unresolved after discussing the issue with the service area, contact the Patient Care Quality Office for assistance.
