Offers individual and group-based programs to help parents and caregivers of youths living in the Cowichan Valley who are experiencing challenges with family conflict. Services include parent coaching sessions with a trained counsellor, family sessions between caregivers and youth and referrals to additional community resources.

Also provides a Connect Attachment Parenting Program where parents and caregivers meet for weekly sessions led by trained leaders to learn new skills about positive parent-teen relationships and adolescent development.
