Older Adult Community Mental Health Program
Provides mental health consultation, assessment, psychiatric treatment and support to older adults who are experiencing late life onset of mental health symptoms. Services include counselling, response to reports of abuse and neglect, outreach, family and caregiver support, coping strategies information, and referrals to community services.

Eligibility
Older adults aged 65 and over experiencing psychiatric symptoms such as memory decline, confusion, depression, anxiety, psychosis or other mental health symptoms.
Application process
Self-referrals accepted. Call your local Mental Health Centre for intake or for more information.
