Offers an educational and support program for parents with children under the age of six who have not had a chance to explore parenting ideas in group setting. Parents learn skills to strengthen the parent-child relationship, understand child development and behaviour, and share experiences with others. Free child care and transportation is available if required. Intake is in January, April, and September.
