Men in Change Program
Provides confidential individual and group counselling to immigrant, refugee, and visible minority men who want to avoid violence and take a step toward healthier relationships. Also offers a group-treatment program for men referred by probation officers as part of the terms of probation.
Topic areas include stress management skills and strategies, identifying personal triggers, preventing violence, dealing with conflict, and taking responsibility for their actions.

Eligibility
Immigrant, refugee and visible minority men who have used, or are at a risk of using, violence in relationships. Men with or without children accepted.
Application process
Self-referral or referrals through community services providers or the Ministry of Children and Family Development (MCFD) accepted. Call to register or for more information.
