Eligibility
Parents who have had a previous pregnancy or child with a birth defect, developmental delay or a known or suspected genetic condition; or family history of a birth defect or a known or suspected genetic condition.
Application process
Referral from a healthcare professional required; see website for referral form.
Appointments provided in person at Victoria General Hospital and at outreach clinics throughout Vancouver Island.
