LIFT Program
Provides individual, couple, and family counselling; mediation and youth support to parents and youth experiencing difficulties within the family relationship system. Assists and supports parents in their role as caregivers, and supports youth's capacity to remain connected to their family or caregivers.

Eligibility
Youth aged 12 - 16, parents or guardians can contact the office for an initial intake. For youth aged 17 - 18, a referral from the Ministry of Children and Family Development is required.
