Home Oxygen Program

Provides home oxygen assessments and funding for eligible residents who need supplemental oxygen in their homes. Oxygen equipment is provided to patients by a Fraser Health approved oxygen supplier, with periodic assessments provided by a respiratory therapist.

The program helps clients with health conditions such as asthma, emphysema, chronic bronchitis, lung disease, cancer, cystic fibrosis and congestive heart failure.

Eligibility
Clients must live in the Fraser Health region, have valid BC Medical Services Plan coverage, and meet the Home Health requirements. See the application form for detailed eligibility information.
Application process
Requests for home oxygen services are made by a physician or nurse practitioner on behalf of the client.
