Provides in-home assessment, treatment, and education to help restore, improve, and maintain physical capabilities of individuals with mobility concerns due to injury or other health conditions.

Langley Home Health Office
Eligibility
Adults aged 19 and over recovering from an injury, stroke or operation, and or at risk of having a fall, and in need of in-home rehabilitation. Clients must meet eligibility requirements to receive services; see website.

Call the Home Health Service Line for more information or to request service. Current Home Health clients should contact their local office for questions regarding their enrolled services.
Program fee
Some services provided free of charge while others include a cost based on your after-tax income.
