Provides primary health care and social supports to pregnant women and parenting women who have a history of substance use and may also be affected by mental health issues, violence and trauma.

Services include drug and alcohol counselling, parenting support, pregnancy and post-natal information, nutrition, infant and child services, advocacy, housing and income assistance information, and outreach.
