Provides hearing assessment and screening for children and youth as well as people of any age who have a developmental delay. The program includes screening for newborn babies and kindergarten students, support for students who use hearing aids or equipment, and family education.

Eligibility
Children and youth aged 19 and under, and Island residents of any age with a developmental delay. Adults living in the Capital Region and who receive funding through the Ministry of Social Development are also eligible.
Application process
Health professional referral required. Parents of preschool-aged children can call directly for an appointment. Services may vary per location.
