FASD and Key Worker Support Services

Offers support to families with children and youth with complex developmental and behavioral conditions (CDBC) including Fetal Alcohol Spectrum Disorder (FASD). Key Workers develop a service plan to support the needs of children and their families.

Support includes training and education for parents or caregivers, consultations, skill-building groups for children or youth, networking opportunities, development and connection groups for youth, and evening activities for families.

Eligibility
Children and youth aged 19 and under, and their families or caregivers, residing in Burnaby who have a confirmed diagnosis of FASD or CDBC.
Application process
Physician referral not required; see website for intake forms. Parent or guardian signature required for requests of service from service providers.
