Offers a 24-hour licensed care residence that provides specialized nursing care for adults with HIV and complex health issues, including mental illness and addiction. The program helps people to avoid hospitalization, transition from hospital back into the community, and be supported for their long-term needs.

Program includes 24-hour nursing, short-term stabilization, long-term medical care, end-of-life care, recreation and activities, meals, and access to the Day Health Program.
