Provides outreach and temporary clinical and support services to hard-to-reach youth in Vancouver's Downtown Eastside area. Services include case management, access to primary care, cultural and spiritual support, harm reduction supplies and education, and help connecting with community-based services.

The team also heads out to the streets of Vancouver and offer harm reduction supplies such as naloxone, and basic necessities such as sleeping bags, socks, food, and drinks to at-risk youth.
