Developmental Disabilities Mental Health Services
Provides specialized mental health community services for individuals with a developmental disability and who have a mental illness and or challenging behaviour. Services may include psychiatric assessment and treatment, medication management, counselling, family support, and referrals to community resources.

Eligibility
Individuals aged 12 and over with mental health concerns and who meet the diagnostic criteria for a developmental disability of IQ 70 or below, and have developed the intellectual disability before the age of 18.
Application process
Self-referral and health professional referral accepted including Community Living BC, mental health centres, and schools. All referrals require approval by the client's general practitioner.
