Provides specialized mental health community services for individuals with a developmental disability and who have a mental illness and or challenging behaviour. Services may include psychiatric assessment and treatment, clinical therapy, family support, and referrals to community resources.

Eligibility
Individuals aged 14 and over with mental health concerns and who meet the diagnostic criteria for a developmental disability of IQ 70 or below.
Application process
Physician referral required for adults aged 19 and over. Youth referrals are managed and screened by the Ministry of Children and Family Development special needs program (CYSN). Call for more information.
