Dementia - Alternative Care Model
Provides residential care for medically stable, independently mobile older adults with dementia who require more support than what is offered in an assisted living setting but do not require full services offered in a complex residential care setting.
Services include 24-hour nursing care, meals, weekly housekeeping and laundry, recreational activities, and other personal support.
