Provides clinical support and self-management coaching to people with cardio respiratory disease, chronic obstructive pulmonary disease (COPD), asthma, and heart failure. Services are provided in-home, at health centers and at doctor's offices.

Services may include respiratory diagnostics, palliative care, ventilator and or artificial airway management, bronchial secretion management, counselling for tobacco cessation, pulmonary rehabilitation, and respiratory therapy.
