Collaborative Planning Program

Provides facilitated meetings where members of a child or youth's immediate family come together with extended kin and members of the child's community who are, or might be, involved to develop a plan for the child. The program goal is to facilitate various types of family meetings to share information, look at the resources available and then determine the next best steps for the child or youth and family.
