CSIL Program
Offers funding directly from the health authority to eligible home health clients to purchase their own home support services to meet personal care needs. CSIL clients become employers who manage all aspects of their home support from hiring and supervising staff, when services are scheduled and how tasks are carried out.

Eligibility
Adults aged 19 and over with a significant physical disability and who desire more control and flexibility in managing their home support services. Client must be eligible for provincial home support services.
