Provides nursing, occupational therapy, and physiotherapy services to school-aged children in Burnaby in their home, school, and community who have a physical disability, moderate to severe developmental disability or complex medical needs.

The resource team helps children transition into the school system. They provide intake support, transition planning and help with developing individual education plans. Services include education and training for assistants, school staff and parents.
