Application process
Referrals from cardiologists or internists. An information booklet, "Preparing for a Coronary Angiogram or Angioplasty," will be sent via mail to the client once the procedure date is booked. When appointment is confirmed, a booking clerk will send a requisition for a blood test to the lab closest to the client. The blood test needs to be performed prior to the procedure date.
