Women or men with breast symptoms or abnormal breast imaging.
Application process
Referral form from a physician with all previous breast imaging/reports should be faxed to the appropriate clinic. All films and reports from previous imaging and investigations must be received or no appointment will be given. Please have the physician order any outside films. Upon receipt of the referral, the patient is immediately called and given an appointment date. Men and women with new breast symptoms can also self refer by calling the clinic number.
