Provides health services and information to support pregnant women with their pregnancy, and new mothers after the baby is born. The program includes prenatal information, one-on-one support, breastfeeding classes, and referrals to community program and services as needed.
A prenatal text messaging program is also offered. The program sends three evidence-based text messages per week to help through each week of pregnancy and up to six weeks postpartum.
